What are the available hours of We Define IT?
Our premium members are allowed unlimited calling hours for computer support.
What if I forget my password to one of the systems?
Clients must call or start a remote session with one of our technicians for password reset / retrieval.
Can We Define IT technicians remote into my computer at any time?
No, our technicians are monitored to ensure that they are not remote controlling our client’s computer without proper permission to do so from our clients.
What are the system requirements of the We Define IT software?

- Memory: 1 GB of RAM
- Processor: 1 GHz Intel or equivalent CPU
- Web Browser: Internet Explorer 7 or higher/Firefox 2.0 or higher/Google Chrome/Safari, The latest versions of Java and Flash
- Operating System: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista, Windows 2008, 2012 and Windows 7 or 8
- Disk Space: 2GB or More of hard drive space avaliable
