About our Support: The WE DEFINE IT @Home support is made up of unlimited computer support which can be followed up through our unlimited phone calls and remote sessions. Call hours are between 7:00am to 7:00pm; calls will not be accepted after 6:45pm EST, and before 7:00am. Our unlimited computer support covers a broad range including internet connectivity issues, software installation errors, to computer crashes, as long as it’s during office hours our skilled techs will evaluate and help correct any error you’re experiencing remotely.
Remote Sessions: There are two ways to request a remote session from our tech team, and one way is given to each one of our clients which is the We Define IT calling card which sits on your desktop. Once you’ve entered your information in the calling card, it sends a request to our tech team at the office for support. The second way comes into play if our tech team is unable to accept your request due to a flood of request, at which time, an email will notify the tech that you’ve requested a remote session which in turn, will be followed up by our tech team to respond as soon as possible.
Phone Support: The We Define IT phone support is unlimited and comes with the @home package. From 7:00am to 7:00pm a team of skilled techs will be available by phone for any computer related questions. Calls after 6:45pm and before 7:00am will not be accepted because the likelihood that our technicians will not be able to fully answer your questions thoroughly.

Unlimited Backup
Computer crashes happen, but don’t let them victimize you! With the We Define IT@home package we provide unlimited backup space for our subscribers, and it works with a simple interface for the user’s sake that only requires you to check off the files you wanted stored and that’s it, and our agent software makes sure to backup any changes in the folders you designated to be backed up after that point, so you’re back up is always up to date.
